John Tobin BSc(Hons) MSc MRICS
John has substantial experience in handling commercial and contractual matters relating to engineering services installations from a specialist contractors perspective. During that period final accounting approximately thirty projects.
He has also been in professional practice acting as a consultant that specialises in the provision of expert witness services where litigation or arbitration is in progress or being contemplated, the preparation or defence of claims and general advice on the contractual positions of the parties.
In 2001 John formed Tobin & Glover LLP primarily arising from the then comparatively recent advent of Adjudication. Since then John has been involved with two hundred or so Adjudications instructed by contractors, subcontractors, professional practices or solicitors.
Michael Gallucci
Michael is an experienced Quantity Surveyor with over twenty years specialising in mechanical, electrical and civils surveying and has spent a considerable part of that time actively involved in a wide range of contractual and commercial disputes.
He has acted as Quantum Expert and Expert Determinator in major domestic and international disputes, including giving evidence in Dubai on an International Arbitration at the DIAC.
He is one of the founding members of Tobin & Glover LLP. As an engineering services specialist Michael is able to offer a unique and invaluable service to those requiring expert advice in this sector of the industry.
